All of our software comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply return it within 30 days and receive a refund.

Purchasing Enrollment in the Automatic Upgrades Program

New purchases of a license for any of our products are automatically enrolled in the Automatic Upgrades Program for one year. Subscriptions to the Automatic Upgrades Program are automatically renewed and billed.

Webinar Training

Purchases for webinar training must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled session. For scheduling, please call.

Hands On Training

Purchases for Hands On training must be paid in full thirty days before the scheduled session. Full refunds will be given for cancellations two weeks before the scheduled session. If we receive a cancellation notice within two weeks before the session, only half of the cost of training will be refunded. For scheduling, please call.
