Filing is built directly into GoMFP. After creating your Form N-MFP, you can submit both Test and Live filings to the SEC. GoMFP contacts the SEC directly across a secure connection and transmits your filings. Everything is done securely, and your filing leaves your local network or computer and is sent only to the SEC.
After your form is sent, you can receive your acceptance message directly within GoMFP. A copy of the message can even be saved to the folder that contains the filing, so you have a record with each form you transmit.
- File Test and Live. Transmission of your filing, either as a Test Filing or as a Live Filing, is done directly in GoMFP. Your files stay secure on your computer or network until you use the File functions to send them directly to the SEC.
- Receive Acceptance Messages. Your acceptance messages are downloaded directly in GoMFP. You can store messages in a global mailbox where multiple users can access them and save copies of each message in the same directory as the form to which they pertain.
- Unlimited Filings. You can file an unlimited number of times. GoMFP is good for life once purchased.
